We bought this machine and in the past 2 years it has been used about four times. The screen tells you calories, heart rate, miles and anything else you can think of. It's certainly cool. I just wish we would have used it more. We paid over $1,300 for it. It has 4 arms to it so that you can keep your arms still or swing them back and forth as you walk. If you hold the still arms it will give you your heart rate. I'm saying local only because it is extremely heavy. We have the book for it and we have complete extra pieces that come with it. I have removed the extra pieces for transport. Unfortunately we cannot deliver this. It must be picked up. Aberdeen Maryland
