This is a simply-arrived AQUATEC 24 VAC 2 AMP- class 2 POWER SUPPLY. It runs from 120VAC, 60 hz.

I found it at the liquidation store. brand-new, wrapped in bubble wrap. It was ready for distribution. ( I had to unwrap it to see the label and see the details)

It has the number 2205 on the label, which I believe is the mfg date code... May 0f 2022.
