PARABOX roller head? Custom head?

This is a custom head I purchased from a Parabox store several years ago. It's been stored in its original case in a dark place since then. The eyes shown in the picture are for display purposes only and are not included.I believe it's a Laura head, but my memory isn't entirely clear.
