Vintage scissors made for work and constant use throughout the day. Small. Industrial use.

The Wiss vintage catalog explains " for those who sell peice goods, or whose work requires them to have scissors constantly at hand, blunt ends so they can safely be carried in the pocket or on a ribbon or cord."

In vintage condition, could use cleaning and polishing to remove rust spots and scuffs. These have been lightly cleaned to remove dirt and debris.
